Ralinda Watts and Roger Bridges are experienced educators and leaders in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a shared passion for fostering equitable spaces in education, they co-founded the DEI Consortium LA in 2014 to create a supportive network for DEI practitioners. Both have led DEI initiatives at various institutions and continue to consult with schools and organizations to drive sustainable change. Their work is rooted in community, advocacy on behalf of the historically excluded and underrepresented, and belief in the power of collective action for justice.
